CONDITIONED MINDS PERSONAL YOUTH TRAINING
Conditioned Minds Personal Youth Training focuses on the guiding principles and practices that help define your child as an effective leader in sports, the classroom, and with basic social peer decisions. Each program helps young people set and achieve goals through physical preparation, gain an awareness of how to increase their athletic role of leadership, develop a repetition process, enhance self-esteem, create respect and readiness, establish responsibility amongst peers within a communication and team building model, develop focus training, create the ability to slow down the game mentally while playing at an intense level, and coordinate future goals with current tasks.
Programs offered include: Hoop It Up - basketball training, Footwork - balance and speed enhancement training, and Spartan Regiment - behavioral modification, self-confidence and self-motivation training for athletes and non-athletes.
