Administrative & Teacher Workshop Clinics

·    From ice breakers and warm-ups to special time for discussions and reflection after each activity, our administrative & teacher clinics provide an interactive experience based on communication and leadership activities, teaching administrators and teachers the importance of working as a team to create a healthier school.  In order for the kids to be successful, we believe every teacher must feel successful.

·    Each one of our clinics develops a model of success with the bottom line being effectiveness of teaching.  Many of our activities include individualizing whole groups, placement of 4, and bringing everyone together as a whole.

·    One of our techniques during our team building workshop is perspective training.  While your kids are fidgeting, talking, standing up, and/or not paying attention, we teach you how to train from a perspective stance.

·    Our mission is to bring the effectiveness of all involved in your school by rejuvenating every participant’s energy, accountability, camaraderie, and creativity.  By seeing things with a new perspective, teachers will build trust between each other, turbo charge attitudes, and learn how to appreciate each other’s strengths.
