REFUND POLICY

PERSONAL TRAINING

Full refunds will be allotted only if the first session has not taken place.  Refunds shall be prorated after initial session period begins.

TEAM CLINICS

30 days or more = full refund

15-30 days = 50% refund

Within 14 days = no refund.

COACHES, ADMINISTRATIVE & TEACHER, CORPORATE CLINICS 

Up to 20 days before session = 100% refund

Within 20 days of session = no credit or refund

CAMPS

There are no full refunds on camp services provided by Conditioned Minds.  For refunds, please email refunds@conditionedminds.org and state request for refund and a fax # for Conditioned Minds to fax a refund request form to you.  A refund request form will be faxed to you only upon email notification to Conditioned Minds.

Please allow 2-4 weeks to receive refund payment.
